Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By applying to and participating in this affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission Structure
Your commission is calculated based on the total qualified sales for each calendar month (excluding taxes and payment processing fees):

Tier 1 $0 – $1,000 15%
Tier 2 $1,001 – $3,000 18%
Tier 3 $3,001 – $5,000 20%
Tier 4 $5,000+ 22%
Bonus Reward:
If your monthly sales exceed $8,000 USD** (equivalent value converted at the monthly exchange rate), you will receive an additional **$300 USD bonus on top of the tiered commissions.
Commission Calculation Method:
Tier Determination Basis: The paid amount of each order is converted to USD equivalent using the fixed exchange rate snapshot of the month in which the order is completed, to determine which tier applies. The exchange rate snapshot is obtained at 00:30 Beijing Time (UTC+8) on the 1st of each month.
Commission Calculation: Once the commission rate is determined, the commission is calculated by multiplying that rate by the order's paid amount (in the original currency) . Commissions are not converted to USD for payout; they are recorded and settled in the original currency in which the customer paid.
Exchange Rate Traceability: Each commission record will display the exchange rate month used for calculation (e.g., "Rate Benchmark: 2026-08"), ensuring historical orders remain traceable and subsequent rate adjustments do not affect settled orders.
Qualified Sales: Orders must be fully paid and non-refunded. Refunded orders will have commissions reversed (the system will generate negative commission entries to offset).
Supported Currencies: The platform supports order settlement and commission records in the following 9 currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, HKD, SGD, CHF. Commissions are calculated and recorded in the customer's original payment currency. You can view your commission balance by currency in the affiliate dashboard.
Discount Impact: Commissions are calculated on the discounted paid amount (i.e., after the 5% affiliate discount is applied), excluding taxes and payment processing fees.
Calculation Example (€10,000 in monthly sales, assuming EUR/USD exchange rate of 1.09 for that month):

2. Settlement and Payment
Settlement Cycle:

Settlement Rules:
Withdrawal Frequency: Maximum of 2 withdrawal requests per month (maximum 1 per settlement period).
Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount per request is as follows (set per currency). Amounts below the threshold will be rolled over to the next period:

Multi-Currency Withdrawals: You may include multiple currencies in a single withdrawal request. Each currency must be filled in separately, and the system will verify the minimum amount requirement for each currency individually.
Processing Time: The platform will complete review and payout within 5 business days after each period deadline. If a public holiday falls on the deadline, payout will be postponed to the next business day.
Payout Method: PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer. All payouts are made in the commission's original currency; they are not converted to USD for payout.
Withdrawal Review: The platform reserves the right to review each withdrawal request. Payout will proceed only after the request is approved.
3. Affiliate Obligations
You shall not use the following prohibited promotion methods:
Spam — Unsolicited email blasts, comment flooding, or any form of mass骚扰 messages.
Misleading Promotion — False product claims, fake user reviews, or deceptive promises.
Unauthorized Brand Use — Use of our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content without explicit permission.
Brand Keyword Bidding — Bidding on our brand keywords (e.g., "StarProphecy") in paid search ads.
Illegal or Inappropriate Channels — Promoting on illegal, adult, or hate speech channels.
Fraudulent Activity — Fake accounts, self-referrals, duplicate orders, or any attempts to artificially inflate commissions.
Automated Tools — Using bots or automated systems to generate clicks, registrations, or purchases.
Violation will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
4. Relationship of the Parties
By participating in this program, you acknowledge that:
You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent, or partner of StarProphecy.
This agreement does not constitute employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchise.
You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from commission income under this program.
5. Amendment
We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated version number and effective date. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
7. Language and Effect
This agreement is written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version shall prevail.
