Our products are digital, customized, and generated on demand after order confirmation.
Once a report has been generated or delivery has been initiated, the order is generally non-refundable.
2. Before Generation
If payment fails or the order is not generated, no fulfillment occurs.
If a duplicate payment or obvious processing error occurs before fulfillment, please contact support for review.
3. Exceptional Review
We may review exceptional cases involving duplicate charges, technical failure to deliver, or processor-side anomalies.
Refund review does not apply to dissatisfaction with entertainment content, disagreement with interpretation style, or change of mind after generation.
